Research

I am a problem diagnostician. I am intrigued by the unique qualities of individuals and cultures, and how they contribute to the experiences and relationships they have with products, services, brands and each other. My approach starts with intention and is grounded in curiosity, and empathy.

UX Design

I bring a spirit of play and intention to my design work. Whether designing digital products, services, or processes I focus on the experience and relationship between two parties. I like to take loose ideas and visualize them into sketches, story boards, wireframes and prototypes.

Storytelling

I tell stories that my audience can see themselves in. I present data in context of real scenarios to build a deeper connection with my audience and inspire action.

Innovation

As a creative catalyst I dream big and see what’s possible, through and with other people. I believe the best solutions arise when you bring multiple unique perspectives together to share, rumble, and co-create.

Experience Strategy

I am a dot-connector, systems thinker and see the forest, trees, and everything between. I like to organize chaos, find meaning in ambiguity, and define the roadmap to build stronger relationships between organizations and customers.

Workshop Facilitation

I love bringing cross-functional teams together to collaborate and co-create. I design and lead cross-disciplinary workshops that make space for collaboration, foster a culture of innovation, and drive decision making.

Principles

I create delightful experiences to build stronger relationships between people, products, brands, and each other.

Define Success

Identify and align around what success looks like for your users, your customers, and the business. Use those measures to make decisions.

Know Your Users

Identify your ecosystem of users and get to know them behaviorally and emotionally as human beings in and out of context of your solution.

Be Intentional

It’s not only about what you’re doing but also why you’re doing it and being thoughtful and deliberate at each step throughout the process.

Be Consistent

Consistency and familiarity are the foundation of building trust with users. It is how we understand and set expectations.
